It’s Cake Friday. There is no special reason it just seemed like a good day to have some cake.
Son #2 found this recipe on Omnomicon.com the other day. Knowing how I like looking at things from a different perspective he thought I might be interested. The ice cream is baked into the cake and it only uses 4 ingredients. We tried it out the other night using a lemon cake and vanilla bean ice cream (I’m allergic to chocolate) and the results were great. I am already thinking of other combinations to try.
