I’ll be taking a few days off from the blog to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. In my husbands family we have a tradition to gather in a circle and everyone shares something they are thankful for. It sounds really Norman Rockwell-ish, but the reality is far from that angelic picture.
I’ve decided to share this tradition with my blogging family. Sometime in the next few days between the turkey, football, and shopping, please take a moment to share what you are thankful for. I will help you start by listing a few:
- My Family
- My Blog Buddy Sarah
- Cinnamon Rolls
Be safe and have a wonderful Thanksgiving,

1. My wonderful family.
2. The news that my lab results are looking GREAT! No replacement hip operation in the near future, if at all. Yes!!!
3. Wine and the fact that I’m a “Gabor Sister”.
Wonderful news. So happy to hear that surgery is not in the near future. Hoping that the good news continues. Keep taking your “medicine” I’m sure it will help.

Along with family, food, and friends, I’m thankful plots with logical ends.
And for rhyming dictionaries!
Ooh… I love those things too! Thanks for sharing.
